As we arrive at the darkest day of the year, we are invited to honor the quiet wisdom of stillness. Sacred Pause is a 2.5-hour Kundalini yoga experience designed to help you slow down, restore, and realign with your inner light as we move through the sacred gateway of the Winter Solstice.
Our journey will begin with powerful Kundalini warm-ups to awaken and circulate energy through the spine and breath, followed by longer, yin-like and restorative postures that encourage deep release and inward reflection, followed by an extended gong bath and Kundalini Meditation
This class is appropriate for all levels—from beginners to experienced practitioners—with modifications and variations offered to meet each body where it is.
The pacing will be intentionally slow and meditative, honoring the stillness that this season calls forth. Together, we will move from activation into surrender, from doing into being—inviting a sense of deep renewal.
The practice will weave in breathwork, chanting, and a long, immersive gong bath for sound healing and integration. You’ll be guided to rest into vibration and silence, allowing body, mind, and spirit to harmonize.
We’ll close with tea and light snacks in community—nourishing the heart as we gently return to the world, grounded and glowing.
